Hourly Support
Keep the calm, productive energy going with ongoing support beyond the design and launch of your website. Available on an hourly basis and as needed for current clients only. This support can include anything from minor website updates, HTML/CSS additions or adjustments, adding to your tech stack with embedded forms or features, updating images, additional on-page SEO, and more. 3-hour max. Need more time? We recommend a Design Intensive.

We’re with you until everything is just right.
Start with Strategy
After your official booking & onboarding, it’s time to schedule your kickoff call. The whole team will be present for the duration of this call as we collectively strategize around the vision and goals for your new site. That includes deeper consulting and recommendations - from topics like streamlining your processes to enhancing your customer experience. It’s everything you need to feel confident in the direction of your website, without jargon or excess.
Stay in the Know
Based on the determined strategy and full scope, you will also receive a hyper-detailed timeline so you know exactly what to expect and by when. We’ll first present the design of your home page, walk though it on a call together, and make the necessary revisions. As we progress through the design process, we’ll check in regularly to ensure you know what we’re working on, what comes next, and when it’s time to provide feedback. We welcome your input and collaboration and are at your service until things are just right.
See It Live
Once everything is signed off on, it’s time to go live with your elevated new site and share it with your audience. You’ll even receive complimentary edits for 2 weeks post-launch so you have a buffer to test things out and identify any issues that may arise. (Zero need to stress being left on your own!) Beyond that, we’re still there to support you when needed, functioning as an extension of your team. Our hourly and design intensive services can be tailored to your needs as you grow and evolve.
